The name of my company is inspired by the majestic “Residencial Nereidas” a frontline beach urbanization between Torremolinos and Málaga City facing the beautiful Mediterranean Sea. This is where I have several luxury condominiums/apartments for sale and for (long term) rent.
This complex is named after the Nereids, the 50 beautiful daughters of Nereus, who symbolize everything that is beautiful and kind about the sea.
The sunny Costa del Sol is the perfect destination to make your dreams come true.

MY STORY
After my studies I lived and worked in Spain for three years. During my Spanish studies at the University of Málaga I worked at a real estate agency. I love being in Spain and it gives me a great feeling to be here often. The Spanish culture appeals to me enormously and I enjoy interacting with the Spanish.
In The Netherlands, I worked for many years as a client executive, working for stock exchange companies, serving corporate clients. In these roles, I learned to understand the requirements and needs of my customers, to advise them, and to design and propose solutions to meet their demands.
Besides my career in IT sales, I further immersed myself in real estate and brokerage in Spain. I worked with many people who bought or sold second homes. Their stories and experiences largely match. Almost all of them had a great time in Spain, but the guidance often left much to be desired. It is difficult for foreigners to choose a good real estate agent.
My mission is to help you realize your Spanish Dream! I know the positive impact that living in Spain can have on people. In my case, it is one of the best choices in life that I have ever made. As a real estate agent in Spain, I want to apply my knowledge and experience with real estate, Spain and the Spanish language and put it at the service of those who, like me, would like to live or have a (second) home in the beautiful Spanish Málaga – Marbella area.
Both in business and in my personal life, I have always liked to meet people, find common ground on which to tune in and build lasting relationships. In line with all this, my conception of the real estate business involves a personal approach to the most human of desires. Buying or selling a house is not just transferring a material object, but also transferring precious emotions, intense memories of life, instants that we will carry forever in our memory and our hearts.
Because I am a Dutch native speaker who speaks fluent English, Spanish, German and fair French, I am able to address potential communication challenges that may arise when doing business in Spain.
